Return Policy

ICEWEB will accept returns within 3 days after purchase.  This applies to products with a few exceptions, such as the following:

Reimbursement for returned items will be in the same way you paid for them.

Electronics including but not limited to routers, switches, keyboards, mouse, must be returned within 3 days with receipt.  Must be unopened and in original packaging.

Computers, laptops, notebooks, components and peripherals are non-returnable.  See manufacturer’s warranty.
